Data we collect
Depending on the service used, we may collect your name, organization, email, telephone, location, project information, budget, desired timeline, preferred contact channel and files that you voluntarily attach to a quote request.
Limited technical security data may include the user agent and a non-reversible IP address fingerprint used to prevent abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal data in descriptions or attachments.

Recipients and providers
Data is available only to authorized members of POPY TECH involved in qualifying, delivering or administering projects.
Our main technical providers are GNAKRYCLOUD — POPY TECH for website hosting, Supabase for the database, authentication and private storage, and Resend for transactional email. They receive only the information required for the relevant service and process it under their contractual security and privacy commitments.

Security and location
We use access controls, role separation, file validation, rate limiting and audit logging. Attachments are stored privately and accessed through short-lived links reserved for authorized users.
Providers may operate distributed infrastructure in several countries. Any international transfers are governed by their contractual terms and applicable safeguards. Contact contact@gnakry.dev for details about the providers used to process your enquiry.
Cookies and usage measurement
The public website uses no advertising cookies or cross-site marketing profiles. A preference cookie stores the selected language. Strictly necessary cookies secure authorized back-office sessions.
The Offers-to-quote journey may record anonymous events — catalog viewed, offer selected, form opened, started or submitted — using a temporary identifier stored in session storage. These events contain no name, email or phone number and are not used for cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. Contact contact@gnakry.dev with the subject “Personal data”.
